I spent close to a decade hands-on in data and analytics development, always client-facing, working across both the technical and business sides of the table. I moved into leadership because I kept seeing good technology built for the wrong question. These days I spend my time making sure that doesn't happen: starting with what a business leader actually needs to decide, then building and overseeing the teams within the business, in the UK and India, that get them there.
